Milot Pireva, Year 5
The project utilises path finding algorithms to find aggregation models for housing with an assembly system based on thermoforming. A circular, incentive-based housing procurement model is proposed, driven by a group of individuals, who legally become capable of administrating government’s funds for affordable housing. The users and inhabitants – as a public entity - are proposed to be in charge of orchestrating a system of private and public investments. This is achieved with the help of architects to define spatial uses, programming the masterplan and certain local conditions through a developed kit of parts.
